2. Eligibility for Refunds

We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective or corrupted, and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You were charged in error due to a duplicate transaction or payment processing issue.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
