Terms of Service
The operational framework and legal terms governing engagements with Gazior.
Last Updated: September 2026
1. Scope of Services
Gazior provides custom systems engineering, operational data pipeline architecture, B2B portal development, and platform security (VAPT) services. All engagements are executed under specific, fixed-scope Statements of Work (SOW) mutually agreed upon by both parties.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure deterministic delivery, clients must provide accurate technical documentation, timely access to necessary third-party APIs or legacy systems, and authorized permissions for any requested penetration testing (VAPT) activities.
3. Intellectual Property
Gazior operates on a 'Zero Vendor Lock-In' principle. Upon full payment of the agreed engagement fees, all custom codebase assets, database schemas, and proprietary interfaces engineered specifically for your firm are transferred entirely to your ownership.
Gazior retains the rights to our underlying pre-existing architectural frameworks, open-source utilities, and generic operational modules used to accelerate deployment.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we engineer highly resilient systems, Gazior shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party API outages, underlying cloud provider failures, or unpatched vulnerabilities that emerge after our engagement concludes.
5. Governing Law
These terms, and any technical engagements, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gazior is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
